All financial transactions on jl3ii are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued by Philippine banks.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your jl3ii account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. jl3ii is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.

• Funds in your jl3ii account may not be transferred to another player's account.

jl3ii offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl3ii's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl3ii account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• jl3ii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit jl3ii's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jl3ii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• A request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon termination, any Real Money Balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.

You may close your jl3ii account at any time by contacting the support team. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jl3ii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl3ii will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Amendments take effect upon publication on the jl3ii platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of jl3ii following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
